OUR HOLIDAY CLUBS...
Our Holiday Clubs have become hugely popular over the last 9 years.

A mix of Traditional Sports & Exciting Alternative Activities give every child the opportunity to have maximum FUN in a safe and welcoming environment.
​
We are OFSTED Registered and accept payment via Childcare Vouchers & Tax Free Credit too!
​
Our clubs are open to school all children aged 4 to 13 from any school!
​
Core hours for 5-13 year olds are 8.30am to 4.30pm
​
We offer an Extended Day until 5.30pm!
Due to OFSTED regulations 4 year old's can attend half days so we offer ACE Mini's sessions for 4 hour slots and Parents can chose from morning or afternoon sessions.

Sherborne House is a thriving Independent School which makes the perfect venue for our ALL ACTION Holiday Clubs in Chandlers Ford.
We are lucky to have access to some incredible modern facilities including a large sports hall, two playing courts and a spacious field.
Located within Chandlers Ford Town Centre and just a few minutes from the M3 Motorway, Sherborne House is not only a brilliant venue but is also well situated for busy and working local Parents.

BARTLEY JUNIOR SCHOOL
Set in the heart of the New Forest but within very close reach of the M27 Motorway, Bartley is a fantastic Junior School set in acres of beautiful outdoor space.
We are so lucky to have Bartley as a Holiday Club venue and the huge outdoor field, large playgrounds and indoor sports hall along with seperate changing rooms and toilet facilities mean we can use the school to help our Holiday Club reach it's full potential which of course means maximum FUN for all children involved!

All Clubs run from 8.30am to 4.30pm (Standard Day)

ACE Mini's for age 4 Year R's.. Parents can chose from a morning slot (8.30am to 12.30pm) or afternoon slot (12.30 to 4.30pm)

Drop off time is between 8.30am & 9.15am. If you are dropping off late you may not be able to access the site and find it locked. Please call the Club Manager mobile number displayed on the gate of your site or press the intercom buzzer & we will come to meet you

Collection time is between 4.00 and 4.30pm for Standard Day Bookings. If collecting earlier than 4.00pm you may not be able to access the site and find it locked. Please call the Club Manager mobile number displayed on the gate of your site or press the intercom buzzer & we will come to meet you

Those that have booked the Extended Day Pass to 5.30pm have until 5.30pm to collect their child with 5.30pm being the latest time your child can be collected.

Late Collection Charges are applied should a child be picked up after their allotted collection time. Details of this can be found within your confirmation email upon booking

£28 per Child for Standard Day Bookings

A discounted rate of £125 per Child for a Full Week Booking (booking 5 days within a week- standard day bookings only saving £15).

£6 per Child for an Extended Day Pass to 5.30pm

We offer a 10% Additional Sibling Discount (first child full price and any additional siblings are discounted at 10%)

Ace Mini's- £14 per session
​

We offer special discounts for clubs that run for less than 5 days within a week. Please check the specific club you want to book to see if we have a special offer available

WHAT TO PACK

Please pack your child with suitable clothing for sports and activities
​

Please ensure your child has a packed lunch and water bottle with plenty of healthy snacks

In cold weather please pack your child with a warm and waterproof coat
​

In the summer months please ensure your child has a sun hat with sun cream already applied
​

Trainers are the only form of suitable footwear for our Holiday Clubs
​

DO NOT pack your child with any food containing NUTS
​

Please ensure any medication is labelled and you have filled in the medical sections on our booking form accurately. Please discuss your child's medical needs with the Club Manager upon arrival.
